Accommodation

The accommodation (for 4 people) comprises:

Ground floor: Entrance, sitting room with stone fireplace with log burning stove, fitted kitchen, separate dining area, rear porch.

First floor: 3 bedrooms - 1 double (with cot) and 2 single. Bathroom with shower.

Outside: Small garden.

Facilities: Electric cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster, iron/board, washing machine, integrated LCD Television, DVD player, radio CD, cassette player, microwave oven, bed linen, duvets, cot available, high chair, night storage radiators. Electricity and night storage heating are both included in the rent. One basket of logs provided, additional logs can be purchased locally.

Nearest shops are in Richmond. The cottage is let from 3pm Saturday - 10am the following Saturday and a £50 deposit is requested at the time of booking, with the balance payable on arrival. Non-smokers only please and sorry, no pets.
