An 18th Century stone cottage near Richmond, North Yorkshire Situated in a delightful little village about five miles from Richmond, Manor Cottage is a spacious, well equipped holiday home, owner-maintained to a high standard. It originally formed part of one of the "Yorkshire Schools" which flourished in the Dales during the 18th and 19th centuries. These schools became the inspiration for Charles Dickens' novel Nicholas Nickleby.
